Postage, Payments & Returns

Postage

  • Postage within Australia will take approximately 2-5 days and international deliveries will take approximately 7-14 days.  Please note these times are approximate and at busy times, especially christmas, Australia Post can be delayed.
  • Postage quotes upon order do not include insurance – please advise us if you wish to purchase insurance for your order so we can add this fee on top of the calculated postage fee
  • Items vary in weight and size; therefore shipping charges may vary - you will be notified what the shipping cost is before payment is made. Items will be posted within 48 hours of payment being received by us.
  • All items will be sent from Sydney, Australia unless otherwise noted.
  • Once an order leaves our office Australia Post becomes the responsible party.  We are therefore not responsible for lost/damaged items or delays on behalf of Australia Post.
  • Tracking information for your order will be emailed out the morning after if registered post tracking is applicable to your purchase.
  • Depending on your spam/bulk mail settings, our status emails may end up there. Please make sure to check this folder for our emails before contacting us.

Payments

  • Payments can be made through our Paypal checkout without having to register an account with Paypal.  Credit cards are accepted.

Returns

  • Returns are accepted for faulty products or the receipt of an incorrect product sent by error on behalf of Fresh Kicks.
  • All items must be returned in an unworn condition and must be in the original box, with all of the original contents.
  • Items must be returned within 7 days of the delivery of your item.
  • Postage charges incurred by the customer for returns are not refundable (unless the error was on behalf of Fresh Kicks).
  • Processing of refunds may take up to 15 business days from the time we receive your return.
  • Notice to Credit Card Users: It may take up to one billing cycle for the refund to show on your credit card depending on your credit card establishment.
  • Any product postage that is refused and returned to us will be subject to an automatic 15% restocking fee, without notifying customer.
  • There will be no exchange or refund for choosing an incorrect size so please take care when processing an order.
